You can't scroll too far on the internet without seeing someone who calls themselves a "coach" or conducts some type of coaching for others to do or accomplish something. Even organizations are getting into the mix of selling their coaching services or coaching up their employees. The fact of the matter is that authentic coaching is not that. Think about it. When was the last time someone really created that space for you to exercise those three concepts (reflection, analysis, and growth) in order for you to maximize your potential? And here is the beauty of this. Real growth and goal accomplishment rarely occur outside of those three.


So, here are my final questions for you. Are you ready to invest in yourself? Are you at the point where just OK is not good enough? Are you prepared to really crush your goals and dreams? And lastly, are you ready to put in the work to do?

If you feel like you need some motivation and accountability, it may be time to have that conversation.
